Architecture and interior design are quite something else in Dubai. They have managed to create a lot of ‘magical’ fascinating spaces. As a photographer you walk around looking at things that people generally don’t look for. Ceilings, arches, textures, all come into your perceptive circle. Dubai was like that but on overdrive. I think I cricked my neck a couple of times too many, it was already hurting before I got on the plane home, the flight only made it worse.
